Academic Career Talk ACT (former GeoPostdocSession) - Science Communication: How to talk about Climate Change

In this session our experts Isabelle Lang (Our Common Home) and Marie Heidenreich (Head of SynCom, GFZ) will provide an insight into best practices when communicating research results around climate change, a topic that is constantly in the public sphere. Setting the scene, Marie will share her experience working with politicians on the topic, and communicating in a political arena. Isabelle will build on this, advising how to frame your science communication and discussing the power of the words you choose when talking about climate change.
